We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a growing social impact business. Alongside this, the Founder manages a number of professional and commercial interests, creating a role that is varied, fast‑paced, and incredibly rewarding for the right person.
This is a true right‑hand position. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving, juggling multiple priorities, managing complex logistics, and ensuring the Founder is always one step ahead. One day you may be coordinating international travel and preparing briefings; the next, organising a high‑profile event, liaising with VIP guests and partners, or handling a time‑sensitive project.
Key Responsibilities
Complex diary and inbox management across multiple business interests
Coordinating UK and international travel arrangements
Planning and supporting high‑profile events, launches, networking receptions, and charitable initiatives
Liaising with senior stakeholders, partners, VIP guests, public figures, and external contacts
Preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and briefing documents
Managing projects and ad hoc business initiatives on behalf of the Founder
Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact
Supporting personal administration and lifestyle management where required
Researching opportunities, suppliers, venues, and partnerships
Anticipating challenges, solving problems, and ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations
About You
You are highly organised, proactive, and naturally ten steps ahead. You are business savvy, enjoy working at pace, can confidently manage competing priorities, and remain calm when plans change.
You’ll have:
At least 5 years’ Executive Assistant experience, ideally with experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities
High levels of discretion and professionalism
A tech‑savvy and solutions‑focused approach
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Graduate‑level education or equivalent experience
Desirable
Event management experience
French and/or Spanish language skills
Full UK driving licence
Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally
Working Pattern
4/1 hybrid working
Core hours of 8:30am–4:00pm, with flexibility required during busy periods
Approximately one business trip per month
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founder at the centre of a growing, purpose‑led organisation. You'll gain exposure to exciting projects, high‑profile events, influential networks, and meaningful work that creates real social impact.
If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy variety, and love being the person who makes things happen, APPLY NOW!
