An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join a private Family Office supporting a creative UHNW Principal and their family.

This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys no two days being the same.

Based primarily from a beautiful office in central London, you’ll work closely with the Principal and Executive Assistant, providing seamless support across personal, household and family matters.

From coordinating complex travel and managing diaries to organising events, liaising with household staff and anticipating day‑to‑day needs, you’ll become a trusted extension of the family.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing personal administration, appointments, correspondence and document management.
  • Coordinating diaries, schedules and family logistics.
  • Booking restaurants, travel, transport and bespoke experiences.
  • Planning and overseeing domestic and international family travel, including detailed itineraries and travel packs.
  • Liaising with household staff, suppliers and external service providers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Supporting family events, celebrations, gifting and personal shopping.
  • Managing household records, memberships, subscriptions, insurance and other personal administration.
  • Assisting with expense management, invoices and budget tracking.
  • Proactively identifying issues before they arise and providing practical solutions.

About you

  • Previous experience supporting a UHNW individual, family office or private household.
  • Calm, discreet and exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and enjoys finding solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across family members, household staff and professional advisers.
  • Naturally service‑oriented, adaptable and willing to go above and beyond when required.
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence managing confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • An interest in luxury lifestyle, travel and current trends would be advantageous, as would additional language skills.
