This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and switched‑on top EA to join a successful entrepreneurial finance firm with a fast‑growing trajectory and to provide right‑hand support to the COO and Head of IR.

Responsibilities

  • Complex and frequently changing diary management
  • Gatekeeping and acting as first point of contact for both principals
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings across time zones, preparing agendas and coordinating logistics
  • Coordinate private appointments and personal commitments
  • Manage restaurant reservations, personal errands and gifts
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of the COO’s private art collection, liaise with galleries, fine‑art shippers and storage facilities
  • Deal with investor queries and update the CRM
  • Schedule and coordinate investor meetings and prepare briefing packs
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of investor reporting to deadline
  • Build detailed, end‑to‑end travel itineraries for both principals, covering flights, cars, transfers, accommodation and on‑the‑ground logistics, including personal travel
  • Coordinate internal and external events
