This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and switched‑on top EA to join a successful entrepreneurial finance firm with a fast‑growing trajectory and to provide right‑hand support to the COO and Head of IR.
Responsibilities
- Complex and frequently changing diary management
- Gatekeeping and acting as first point of contact for both principals
- Scheduling internal and external meetings across time zones, preparing agendas and coordinating logistics
- Coordinate private appointments and personal commitments
- Manage restaurant reservations, personal errands and gifts
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the COO’s private art collection, liaise with galleries, fine‑art shippers and storage facilities
- Deal with investor queries and update the CRM
- Schedule and coordinate investor meetings and prepare briefing packs
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of investor reporting to deadline
- Build detailed, end‑to‑end travel itineraries for both principals, covering flights, cars, transfers, accommodation and on‑the‑ground logistics, including personal travel
- Coordinate internal and external events
