A private household is seeking an experienced and highly organised PPA to provide part-time support. This is a long-term role working with a respectful, low-profile HNW family with three teenage children, who value discretion, reliability and efficiency.
About the Role
This role involves supporting a busy private household with a range of administrative, organisational and lifestyle management tasks. The successful candidate will be a trusted point of contact who can ensure the smooth running of the family’s personal affairs and household operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing family travel and holidays, including liaising with travel providers and overseeing itineraries
- Managing diaries and scheduling personal appointments, family commitments and activities
- Overseeing a household inbox and general correspondence
- Supporting the organisation of occasional private events
- Assisting with the management and upkeep of their London property, including coordinating maintenance or renovation projects
- Handling general household administration (permits, insurance, service checks, etc.)
- Liaising with and managing external suppliers and household staff
- Researching and sourcing high-quality services and providers
- Acting as a point of contact for tutors and other family support services
- Assisting with occasional family projects (e.g., education-related research and relocation planning)
- Maintaining organised digital filing systems and records
The candidate
The ideal candidate will be a highly capable and proactive PA with strong organisational skills and excellent judgement.
