An entrepreneurial, very private and successful music producer, highly regarded in the industry, is looking for a candidate with a 5* hospitality background to run the recording studio and set high standards to enhance the artists' experience, providing a 5* service.

Hybrid Working: Based in the recording studio in Central London and from the candidate's own home, with occasional visits to the principal’s home, also in London.

Discretion is Paramount

The Role:

  • Setting a high standard of service in the studio for the artists – 5* hospitality in the studio – no request is too much.
  • Full studio operations management.
  • Bring ‘style’ to the studio.
  • Influence the team and establish the culture, the glue for the team.
  • Managing the studio reception, technicians, chefs, waiting staff, security, etc.
  • Liaise with the Private PA, the Artists’ and Partnerships’ Manager and EA.
  • Oversee household staff – setting standards.
  • Go-to for all involved – running all operations with a 5* service mentality.

The Candidate:

  • Must have client-facing experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, etc.
  • Don’t need to have music industry experience, but likely to have an interest in it.
  • Have strong operations experience.
  • Must be happy working in a non-structured/creative environment and bringing structure.
  • Must be flexible, solutions-focused, ready to get stuck into anything that needs doing.
  • Must have leadership abilities and experience, have authority, gravitas and be approachable.
  • Will have worked in a very high-end hospitality environment where service is everything, understands etiquette.
  • Studio can be very busy at times and quiet at others; must be able to turn it on and off to suit this.
  • Proactive, discreet, positive, sunny personality.
