A very successful entrepreneur-led scale‑up boutique finance company, based in sensational, newly refurbished offices in Mayfair, is growing and is looking for a stand‑out, confident, fast‑paced, social Executive Assistant to join their close‑knit team. With another office in the UK and one in the States, London is their HQ, so you would be working with the Founders and Senior Leadership Team.
A team of phenomenally successful financiers, it is fast‑paced and demanding, but they also believe that the office environment and work should be enjoyable, so they are social and inclusive with a flat structure, with the whole team often socialising together or celebrating a success.
You would be supporting the exceptionally nice COO and also assisting the Leadership Team as and when required, working closely with a senior EA who is very good at what she does and great fun. Ideally, you will have worked in a fast‑paced environment in the past in financial services.

Duties
- Board packs – uploading to Board Logic/outsourcing the printing and binding of hard copies
- Printing and organising documents that need to be signed with wet ink or e‑signatures
- Maintaining the website through our provider
- Preparing covering letters
- Arranging calls/meetings
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Booking international travel/creating itineraries. Visas, accommodation, etc.
- Lunch/dinner reservations
- Diary management
- Screening calls
- Setting up video conferences and linking them up with our global offices and external guests
- Assisting with the Results Presentations in March and September, and the setup of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May
- Assisting with the Annual Report (January – March). This can be quite intense in terms of the speed of typing up grammatical changes to individual reports before it becomes a combined document
Essentials
Strong knowledge of Microsoft apps. Organisational skills are key; it’s a very fast‑paced job, and you are constantly flipping between tasks. Knowing how to prioritise is a must. Attention to detail is essential.
