We are looking for a bright, switched-on and proactive top EA to support a small team of senior individuals at a renowned global hedge fund based in the West End. Alongside the traditional EA duties, there are lots of opportunities to get involved in much more and duties will include:
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings
- International travel coordination across time zones
- Overseeing the recruitment database and updating candidate records
- Liaise with the team to ensure a smooth hiring process for both candidates and stakeholders – often very senior individuals
- Coordinating the hiring process – scheduling interviews, taking feedback from internal stakeholders, and NDAs
- Manage the recruitment supplier list and legal contracts
- Preparing reports for the SLT
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and suppliers
- Assist with event planning and foster a positive and inclusive culture
The successful candidate will be a top executive assistant, ideally degree-educated and with previous relevant experience in financial services, investment management, executive search, or the legal world. Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a degree in HR would be an advantage. You will be calm and capable with brilliant people skills, not be afraid to ask questions, be happy to support more than one and be able to work at pace whilst juggling priorities and staying one step ahead.
