A fast-moving, design-led property business is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support its Managing Director and play a pivotal role across a diverse and active project portfolio. This is far more than a traditional EA position. You will operate at the centre of the business, combining executive support with project coordination, operational oversight, and cross-team collaboration. From managing priorities and communications at the highest level to helping drive complex development projects through to completion, you’ll be a trusted right hand in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Seamless management of a demanding diary, inbox, travel, and key relationships
- Acting as a gatekeeper and representative, handling sensitive matters with discretion
- Coordinating multiple live projects, liaising with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Supporting planning, documentation, and project delivery milestones
- Overseeing aspects of operations, compliance, and portfolio management
- Assisting with HR processes, recruitment coordination, and internal communications
- Producing clear reports, maintaining trackers, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
