We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Administrator to join a busy and well-established private medical practice.

This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while acting as the central point of coordination for patients, clinicians, and external partners.

Working closely with a small, collaborative team, you'll take ownership of administrative processes, ensure exceptional standards are maintained, and help drive operational efficiency.

The Role

As the administrative lead, you'll oversee the daily coordination of the practice, ensuring appointments, communications, records, and workflows run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice.
