We are seeking an exceptional EA to support the Founder/CIO and Head of Business Development at a strategic, entrepreneurial, boutique investment firm. This is a rare chance to join a small, close-knit team in a highly collaborative, low-politics environment. The office is a modern open plan. The Role
You will provide high-level support across business and personal matters, managing complex priorities with discretion and efficiency. This role is a mixture of professional executive assistance with exposure to client-facing activities, business development, and personal support for the Founder/CIO.
- Act as a true gatekeeper, protecting the principals' time and prioritising requests
- Manage busy diaries, meetings, lunches, and dinners across time zones
- Prepare client-facing materials, presentations, and agendas for meetings
- Organise complex travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, and detailed itineraries
- Screen calls, take messages, respond on behalf of executives, and escalate where appropriate
- Support investor relations: client updates, materials, and liaison
- Organise team events, annual off-sites, and investor days
- CRM and pipeline management: track opportunities, meetings, and follow-ups
- Ad-hoc administrative support and expense management
Personal Support to Founder/CIO
- Manage personal diary, appointments, and social engagements
- Book end-to-end family holidays: flights, private travel, visas, drivers, chefs, wellness arrangements
- Provide ad-hoc errands and support for family needs
The Candidate
You will be a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will be:
- 4+ years' experience as an EA supporting C-suite, founders, or high-net-worth individuals
- Background in boutique finance environments (asset management, PE, VC, HF, IR)
- Graduate or graduate calibre
- Professional, intelligent, and outgoing with a strong can-do attitude
- Highly organised, accountable, and able to anticipate needs proactively
- IT-savvy, confident with PowerPoint, Teams, and productivity tools (including AI tools)
- Polished, efficient, adaptable, and hands-on
- Entrepreneurial, flexible, and with a sense of humour
- Experienced with CRM systems
