My client, an ambitious and fast-growing investment firm, is seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support its Founder. Operating at the intersection of private equity, entrepreneurial finance, and high-growth innovation, the firm is on an exciting journey, and this role offers a unique opportunity to join at a formative stage and contribute meaningfully to its success.
You will support the Founder across a wide range of business activities, requiring a proactive, organised, and highly professional individual. It combines traditional EA responsibilities with broader operational and strategic exposure, offering variety, challenge, and the chance to grow alongside the business.
The role
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Founder
- Manage a demanding and ever-changing calendar with precision
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and complex travel
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and portfolio companies
- Prepare materials, presentations, and correspondence
- Help drive priorities and keep the Founder focused on strategic goals
- Take ownership of administrative and project-based tasks as needed
You will be/have
- Intelligent, ambitious, and discreet, with excellent judgment and initiative
- Previous experience in financial services, investment management, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-moving start-up environment
- Degree educated
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
