A leading international telecommunications company is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support its young, dynamic CEO and CFO at its head office in Central London.
This is a role for a senior, experienced Executive Assistant who has ideally supported at the board level in a large international corporate or PLC. The candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative, organisational, and coordination support to enable the effective running of executive activities, meetings, and events.

The role:
- Supporting the CEO and CFO through comprehensive diary, travel, and administrative management.
- Managing complex schedules, meetings, and engagements across multiple time zones.
- Coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and travel documentation.
- Preparing, formatting, and distributing executive-level presentations and meeting materials.
- Organising and supporting board, executive, and management meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking.
- Managing expenses and corporate card submissions using internal systems.
- Leading the planning and delivery of internal and external events, including board meetings and leadership offsites.
- Managing event logistics, suppliers, budgets, and on-site coordination.
Requirements for the Role:
- 7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant for a large international company CEO or Managing Partner at an investment firm
- Executive-level administration
- Accessible outside hours, particularly when the CEO and CFO are travelling
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with a structured and proactive approach.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
- Event planning and delivery
- You will have the opportunity to travel with the CEO and CFO likely twice a year, for approx. 1 week
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
