We are seeking an exceptional individual with managerial experience for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to relocate to Italy. Managing a team of up to 30 people, this role requires a team player who can remain calm in stressful situations, juggle multiple tasks at once, and positively and effectively lead a team of passionate individuals. Our client is looking for someone who will ensure operational standards are met, help preserve and enhance property value through refurbishment and restyling, and provide HNW guests with an exceptional experience. This role could suit someone experienced in supporting a UHNWI with an impressive property portfolio, or someone from a hospitality or luxury background.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team of up to 30 house managers, maids, gardeners, decorators, and handymen
- Focusing on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners
- Continuously identifying ways to improve standards, implement processes, and ensure the smooth running of operations
- Improve procedures, standards, KPIs, and software; manage budgets and P&L
Skills and Competencies Required:
- At least 15 years’ experience in a managerial role within a dynamic environment, working with UHNWIs
- Minimum of 3 years’ team management experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Confident in accounting and administration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- A team player with a proactive approach
- IT-savvy
- EU passport
