Content Creator

Use your creativity to educate, inform, and engage prospective patients through high-quality, compliant content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create informative, engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and patient resources
• Develop educational materials that build trust and demonstrate the clinic’s expertise
• Capture and curate visual content including photos, videos, and stories
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines

This part of the role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for digital media.

Patient Coordinator

As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Handle daily administrative and front-of-house tasks
• Deliver warm, professional communication to create a seamless patient experience
• Work closely with clinical staff to support operations and scheduling
