EA & Strategic Right Hand - Dynamic Founder/CEO in City of London

Overview

Calling all ambitious, driven and strategically minded EAs with experience in high-growth, Private Equity or similar. My client is an exciting and fast-growing private equity firm, seeking a standout Executive Assistant to support its Founder/CEO. There is huge scope to make the role your own, and to grow into Chief of Staff, so ambition and drive are key.

The role

• Provide high-level EA and strategic support to the Founder
• Project management and ownership; juggling multiple projects at any one time
• Be a sounding board and right-hand
• Manage a demanding and ever-changing calendar with precision
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and complex travel
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and portfolio companies
• Prepare materials, presentations, and correspondence
• Help drive priorities and keep the Founder focused on strategic goals
• Pull reports, stay 10 steps ahead.

You will/have

• Must have 3+ yrs supporting senior leadership/MD/Partner/C-suite before
• Ambitious, hungry to learn and make an impact
• Intelligent and discreet, with excellent judgment and initiative
• Previous experience in financial services, investment management, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-moving start-up environment
• Graduate or graduate calibre
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
• Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office
• Self-starter, confident
• IT savvy
