We are working with a highly successful, fast-growing financial trading business operating at the top of the global energy markets. This is a newly created role with genuine scope, ideal for an outstanding Business EA who wants visibility, responsibility, and the chance to truly make their mark. This is a role for someone immaculately presented, intellectually sharp, and driven by challenge. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a broad, high-exposure role combining traditional EA responsibilities with business-critical support across legal, HR, operations, and global mobility. No two days will look the same.
The role
- Senior EA support to Chief of Staff and Head of Legal: diary, inbox, meetings, and complex travel
- High-level client liaison (in person, phone, and email)
- Proactive support to HR: scheduling, ownership of the company diary, tracking global moves
- Hands-on support to the legal function: contract proofing, correspondence, liaising with external counsel, handling sensitive information
- Supporting global mobility and international office growth
- Improving and regulating company travel processes
- End-to-end event management (internal and external)
- Creation and maintenance of key documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Acting as a central point of communication across teams
- Working closely with senior PAs and acting as a trusted “eyes and ears” within the business
