You will have the chance to really make a difference, and support with a variety of tasks, from admin and sales to building and maintaining strong relationships. WEST LONDON BASED Role:
- Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships, managing orders from start to finish, and ensuring our database stays accurate and up to date.
- Overseeing stock control and inventory management to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinating transport logistics to ensure products arrive on time and in perfect condition.
- Maintaining impeccable organisation of all operational paperwork and records.
- Managing Goods Arrival checks, resolving discrepancies or damages, and accurately processing stock into the Sage system.
- Supporting the ongoing development of our website with fresh imagery, engaging product information, and updated content.
- Preparing and processing customer orders for key accounts, including system input, labels, documentation, and warehouse coordination.
- Representing the brand at tastings and events, confidently engaging with customers and sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for food after training.
- Assisting with Instagram and social media content to help grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Occasionally creating written content and copy for newsletters and marketing communications.
- Occasionally helping with stock checks at the warehouse.
Candidate:
- A real doer! 6 months+ office experience.
- Naturally bright, practical, with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Administrative experience.
- IT Savvy with a love of spreadsheets.
- Confident and flexible multitasker who is willing to learn.
- Happy working in a small team of 5.
- Organised, with great time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Self-starter, proactive and forward-thinking.
- Hands-on, non-precious, driven and ambitious.
