Artisan Gardener

We are recruiting one Under Gardener to join an existing team of 10 working on a 15-acre private estate in Oxfordshire. The garden has an Anglo-Japanese aesthetic with elements including naturalistic woodland, Mediterranean gardens and orchards. It includes lakes, ponds and water features so experience in this area would be beneficial. RHS level 2 minimum preferred qualification however enthusiasm and passion for plants and gardens is a requirement. This role is full time with some weekend work, flexibility is a must, generous salary with benefits.
