We have a vacancy for a proactive and customer-focused Regional Sales Executive to engage with our existing customer base. This is an exciting new project to focus on extending our sales with existing customers. This role involves reaching out to current clients to promote particular products.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an engaging sales approach, and demonstrate resilience, focus and tenacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products that they may not usually buy, or be less aware of from our product range.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a consistent point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer history and needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns during calls.
  • Collaborate with line manager, relevant sales managers and customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
Required skills and experience:
  • Preferred proven experience and high achievement in outbound telesales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with existing customers.
  • Experience with reactivation or win-back campaigns - experience in reigniting dormant or low-activity accounts.
  • Ability to identify and qualify leads - knowing when and how to escalate promising accounts to field sales (e.g., ASM).
  • Build a bespoke database of customer info from ground up that can be transferred into CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Good standard of general education.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
