We are looking for an experienced person to join our busy team at Knightsbridge Garage. This is a full time, customer facing role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact through the service process.
- Provide clean, professional advice and updates.
- Manage bookings, job progress and handovers.
- Carry out invoice and general admin tasks.
- Liaise closely with the workshop technicians.
- Organise loan cars.
- Handle customer queries.
- Take payments and day to day banking reconciliations.
- Update online service records.
- Order parts.
About you:
- Previous motor trade experience is essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident, professional and customer focused.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
