We are looking for an experienced person to join our busy team at Knightsbridge Garage. This is a full time, customer facing role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact through the service process.
  • Provide clean, professional advice and updates.
  • Manage bookings, job progress and handovers.
  • Carry out invoice and general admin tasks.
  • Liaise closely with the workshop technicians.
  • Organise loan cars.
  • Handle customer queries.
  • Take payments and day to day banking reconciliations.
  • Update online service records.
  • Order parts.

About you:

  • Previous motor trade experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident, professional and customer focused.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Have a full UK driving licence.
