We're looking for an experienced

Skilled Upholsterer to join our manufacturing team in Bradford. This is an opportunity to work a

4-day week , producing high-quality contract furniture used across healthcare, hospitality, care homes and specialist environments.

Working alongside an experienced upholstery team, you'll use your craftsmanship to produce furniture to the highest standards while contributing to a business with a reputation for quality and innovation.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Upholster a range of furniture using fabric, leather and vinyl.
  • Measure, cut and fit upholstery materials accurately.
  • Apply padding, webbing and springs where required.
  • Use upholstery hand tools, power tools and industrial sewing machines safely and effectively.
  • Work from drawings and product specifications to produce high-quality finished products.
  • Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Support the wider production team to meet daily targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

  • You’ll ideally have
  • Previous upholstery experience, ideally within furniture manufacturing.
  • Experience working with fabric, leather and vinyl.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Confidence using upholstery tools and equipment.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
