About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Senior Sales Support Administrator to join our business sales / M&A team.
This is an office‑based role, where you will play a key part in supporting deal processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in Operations & Administration within the Business Sales and M&A industry.
You don’t need direct industry experience – full training is provided, and you will learn directly from our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Sales, Compliance and Clients to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Collection and verification of client documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records within our CRM database and excel spreadsheets.
- Provide clear and concise communication to clients throughout their onboarding journey.
- Provide support to the Ops Support team within the Admin department as and when required.
- Assist with the uploading of our clients’ adverts to third‑party marketing portals and update with new information as and when accordingly.
