In this role you will support a team of Technical Caseworkers to deliver a first-class service and experience to the banks and building societies and their customers and brokers. Responsibilities include:

  • Making and receiving telephone calls with clients and customers to provide support and assist with queries, in a prompt and professional manner, increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Making telephone calls to third party companies to chase up information and documents enabling the smooth running of the file.
  • Preparing and drafting legal paperwork.
  • Preparing completion statements using the case management system.
  • Checking property title registers for discrepancies.
