The role We have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join our fast-paced remortgage division, Integrar, as part of the technical team. Integrar is a market leader in the provision of remortgaging and refinancing services and is part of Knights the leading legal and professional services business outside London. Integrar specialises in delivering Remortgage services for lending institutions and intermediaries such as banks, building societies, mortgage brokers, estate agents and financial advisors. Responsibilities As a paralegal you will support a team of technical caseworkers to deliver a first-class service and experience to the banks and building societies and their customers and brokers. The technical caseworkers deal with remortgage files which have an element of complexity such as a transfer of equity, title defect, estate rent charge or shared ownership leases. Your responsibilities as a paralegal will include. Making and receiving telephone calls with clients and customers to provide support and assist with queries, enabling the smooth running of the file and increasing customer satisfaction. Making telephone calls to chase third party companies to chase up information and documents. Prepare and draft legal paperwork. Run a small caseload of technical files if required. Respond to emails from customers and clients. Customer focused with a strong commitment to client care and providing a friendly and helpful first-class service. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications. An ability to work under pressure and manage different priorities within a deadline. A careful and methodical approach, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. An aptitude for learning a volume of information quickly and ability to apply it to a multitude of tasks.
