We are seeking a dedicated Ground Worker to support our construction and landscaping projects. The work will involve working across the UK with 50% of your time staying away. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with site preparation, groundwork, and general labour tasks. This is a temporary to permanent role, you will ideally be CIS registered and have your own tools / transport.
Responsibilities:
- Dig trenches, holes, and foundations using hand tools or machinery under supervision
- Lay foundations, pavements, or other groundwork as directed by supervisors
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members with material handling and organisation of supplies on-site
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a secure working environment
