Our client is an established independent sales and lettings agency based in Birmingham, with experience across residential sales, lettings and property management. Since 2001, they have built a strong reputation for providing a professional, friendly and reliable service to sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords across Birmingham City Centre, the Jewellery Quarter, South Birmingham and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to join a knowledgeable and supportive team, gain hands-on experience in lettings and work towards a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification. The role would suit someone who is confident, organised and interested in building a long-term career within the property industry. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Handling tenant, landlord and contractor enquiries via phone and email.
- Supporting the property management team with day-to-day administration.
- Logging and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs and follow up on progress.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate property records.
- Assisting with tenancy paperwork, compliance documents and property files.
- Supporting with property inspections and preparing basic inspection notes.
- Supporting the wider lettings and property management team where required.
