We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Spectator Safety Tutor/Manager. If you have a passion for education, experience and are keen to impart your knowledge to positively impact the education experience of learners, then we are keen to interview you.
Key Purpose of Job:
To facilitate and encourage effective, innovative and engaging learning which enables students to make good progress and achieve high standards. To contribute to, share and support the Academy ethos and corporate responsibility for the well-being, education and discipline of all students.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- As a Spectator Safety Tutor, you will need to be able to deliver Level 2 & Level 3 Spectator Safety & Door Supervisor.
- Maintain a good rapport with your learners and management within well-known national companies and small-medium enterprises, whilst providing them high quality service.
- Motivate and support learners through their programme, providing training and feedback throughout and where necessary.
- Effective management of workload and diaries to ensure efficiency.
- To maintain learners' portfolios to agreed standards.
- To complete accurate reports of learners on a weekly basis.
- Ensure learners complete their qualification timely.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.

- Organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage your time.
- Presentation skills.
- The ability to write reports, keep records, and work within budgets.

- Ability to complete high quality observations of all learners at events.
Requirements:
- 2 years in event security as a team leader or equivalent.
- Spectator Safety Level 2 & Level 3.
- SIA door supervisor.
- Preferred - Assessors qualification but can upskill if needed.

Pay: £150.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
