Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional property valuations, advising clients to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all property sales processes and regulations.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximise property exposure.
  • Arrange and conduct engaging property viewings, addressing buyer queries.
  • Manage the entire sales process (360-cycle), liaising with solicitors and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.


Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (estate agency preferred).
  • Strong client relationship skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM (essential for viewings)
  • Thursday and Sundays off.


Salary and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £21,000 £27,000 (subject to experience.
  • Commission Structure:
  • 10% on completed sales.
  • 15% on employee-introduced properties with no prior contact.
  • £75 per mortgage or solicitor sign-up.
  • 5% on newly introduced letting stock (if completed).
  • 10% per letting secured without team assistance.
  • Additional 5% for new lettings business completed.
  • Wide borough parking permit provided.
