Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional property valuations, advising clients to achieve the best outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all property sales processes and regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximise property exposure.
- Arrange and conduct engaging property viewings, addressing buyer queries.
- Manage the entire sales process (360-cycle), liaising with solicitors and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (estate agency preferred).
- Strong client relationship skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM (essential for viewings)
- Thursday and Sundays off.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £21,000 £27,000 (subject to experience.
- Commission Structure:
- 10% on completed sales.
- 15% on employee-introduced properties with no prior contact.
- £75 per mortgage or solicitor sign-up.
- 5% on newly introduced letting stock (if completed).
- 10% per letting secured without team assistance.
- Additional 5% for new lettings business completed.
- Wide borough parking permit provided.
