We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Housing & Property Management Team as a Housing & Property Management and Estate Agency Tutor. Suppose you have industry experience and keen to impart your knowledge to new and aspiring individuals who want to get into the industry or are currently in industry. In that case, we are eager to interview you. We are seeking a hardworking, ambitious, reliable individual with personality and spark who is willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver apprenticeships in residential sales and/or property management & lettings.
  • Teach and deliver estate agent/lettings workshops either 1-1 or to a group of learners.
  • Support with the development of the curriculum, delivery resources and innovative teaching methods.
  • Strive to develop all learners' knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship criteria as well as support their development in the workplace.
  • Work with employers to ensure learners are embedding their new skills, knowledge and behaviours in the workplace ultimately further developing in their role.
  • Maintain a good rapport with your learners and management within well-known national companies and small-medium enterprises, whilst providing them with high-quality service.
  • Effective management of workload and diaries to ensure efficiency in learner visits.
  • Maintain learners portfolios to agreed standards.

Skills/qualifications:

  • Ideally, the suitable candidate will be able to deliver apprenticeship standards up to level 4 including senior housing and property management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels, including learners, managers and business owners.
  • The ability to encourage and motivate people.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage your time.
  • Presentation skills.
  • The ability to write reports, keep records, and work within budgets.
  • Computer skills.
  • Knowledge in the core subjects.

Qualifications

  • AET (or equivalent) qualification is desired, but if not, full training will be provided.
  • A1/TAQA (or equivalent) qualification is desired but if not, full training will be provided.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years industry experience and a passion for teaching and learning.
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own car.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills.
  • Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work to achieve excellent results.
