We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team, for 2 to 3 days per week, as a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Tutor.

Key Purpose of JobAs a Digital Apprenticeship Tutor, you will guide and support apprenticeship learners, in a remote capacity as they work towards obtaining their Level 3 Content Creator and Level 3 multi-channel marketer qualification. You will play a primary role in delivering teaching sessions in line with the qualification standards and supporting individuals as they prepare for their programme End Point Assessment.
Key Task / Responsibilities- Delivering remote-based teaching and learning sessions on an individual or group capacity
- Support with the development of the curriculum, delivery resources and innovative teaching methods.
- Undertaking on-going learner assessment and providing constructive feedback on assigned tasks
- Supporting individuals in the planning and implementation of their End Point Assessment preparations.
- Ensuring on-going positive communication with learners about their wellbeing and safeguarding as a key priority
- Assessing and recording learners work and providing constructive feedback on opportunities for improvement.
- Effective management of workload and diaries to ensure efficiency in learner visits
- To maintain learners portfolios to agreed standards
- Work with employers to ensure learners are embedding their new skills, knowledge and behaviours in the workplace ultimately further developing in their role.
- AET (or equivalent) qualification is desired, but if not, full training will be provided.
- A1/TAQA (or equivalent) qualification is desired but if not, full training will be provided.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years industry experience and a passion for teaching and learning.
- Full UK driving licence and use of own car
- Ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills.
- Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work to achieve excellent results
- Travel is essential
- Ideally, the suitable candidate will be able to deliver apprenticeship standards up to level 3.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels, including learners, managers and business owners

- Organisational skills and the ability to plan and manage your time
