We are seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Officer to join Knights Pharmacy in the United Kingdom. This vital role involves managing payroll processes and human resources functions to ensure smooth operations aligned with our commitment to community health and professional development. Based in the UK, you will contribute to our mission by supporting our team and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Working hours: The role will be 30 hours weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using HRIS systems using Sage payroll and Sage HR.
- Maintain accurate employee records through data entry and HRIS updates.
- Oversee accounts payable related to payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Support human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Analyse payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Assist in implementing new HR policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent support to staff regarding payroll and HR inquiries.
- Pension reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and accounts payable.
- Excellent data entry and analysis skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software like Sage.
- Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- CIPD level 5.
