Manage 10-12 Branches across Redditch, Bromsgrove and Northampton.
Ensure sustainable management of staffing issues (holidays/sickness etc.) by implementing the staffing model based on sustainability.
Recruitment of staff based on the staffing model.
Staff optimisation, ensuring sustainable model based on company expectations.
Checking in on progress in stores and ensuring that stores are performing to expectations.
Implementation of new and current services by training pharmacists and colleagues.
Support branches in implementation of company directives and tasks.
Implementation and training associated with NHS national, local, or private services as directed by the company.
Work with branch managers for holiday requests, cover, and absence management.
Support branch managers with performance reviews and PDPs for branch staff.
Support in staff personnel training and complete inductions for new staff.
Carry out audits and investigations under direction as well as mock inspections.
Support branch workload where necessary.
Ensure branch 'leaks' are stopped.
Promote local engagement opportunities.
Ensure branches adhere to GPhC guidance for safe working practices.
Work with HQ team and other stakeholders as necessary.
Be available for project work as and when required.
