We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Associate to join our Precast team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality precast concrete projects while working in a safe and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with form construction, concrete finishing, and a strong commitment to safety and precision.
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret plans to accurately create forms with close tolerance to specifications, utilizing appropriate materials and tools.
- Safely and skillfully operate tools such as hammers, measuring tapes, and other equipment necessary for constructing precast products.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify the need for new tools, hardware, lumber, and other materials required to complete projects effectively.
- Assemble forms, cut and tie rebar, place castings into forms, pour concrete, and perform finishing work to meet project specifications.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion and team success.
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Minimum of one years’ experience in the construction field is preferred.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
- Working knowledge of construction-related math.
- Great organizational skills.
- Must have the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to accept and follow directions as provided by supervisors and ask questions when needed.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Pay Range
$18 - $22 USD
