Knights Care Ltd is a privately owned company operating since 2006, specialising in residential, nursing and complex care homes. Currently, Knights Care Ltd proudly owns six care homes, with our Head Office situated in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Manage the MD’s diary and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
- Organise events and conferences
- Take minutes, prepare reports and presentations
- Support general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
- Liaise with staff, clients and suppliers
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Support with the company’s overseas recruitment management

Qualifications
- Essential - GCSE - English - 4/C or above
