This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing contractors as a Site Agent based in the Southern region (1.5 hr from Ringwood max).
ResponsibilitiesYour role will be to manage a team and package of works on a high profile scheme. You will report to the Project Manager and will assist our site supervisors by effectively communicating the project requirements. You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.
Essential Qualifications- Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams
- CSCS card relevant to role
- SMSTS
- Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project
- Marine experience
- Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator
- Crane Appointed Person
- HSG47 Underground Services
- Programming and planning experience
- Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce
- First Aid
