Responsibilities

  • Support the Framework Estimator in delivering high-quality and accurate cost estimates for the DCWW Major Civils Framework.
  • Utilise Benchmark Estimating Software (BES) to input, manage and analyse cost data efficiently, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all framework tenders.
  • Assist in coordinating supply chain engagement, managing tender documentation, and ensuring timely return of quotations to produce compliant and competitive submissions.

Qualifications

  • Numerical & Analytical Ability: Strong skills in cost breakdowns, spreadsheets, and financial analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to scrutinise drawings, specifications, and contract documents for estimating accuracy.
