Role

To support the site team to administer all site records correctly to ensure the efficient running of the allocated projects, provide admin support to our operational and commercial teams as defined in the project specific roles and responsibilities.

To accurately store all relevant documentation within the appropriate and specified project documentation storage location.

Core responsibilities will be:

  • Upload, track, and manage all site records including safety files, site diaries, risk assessments, RFIs, and change control logs.
  • Support the site team with maintaining H&S records, plant/material registers, and subcontractor certifications.
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate version control for all drawings and project documentation.
  • Assist with weekly/monthly progress reporting, KPIs, and compliance returns.
  • Coordinate PAT testing of Knights Brown equipment and liaise with subcontractors for safety inspections.
  • Oversee site setup processes: managing visitor logs, arranging site inductions/toolbox talks, and maintaining stock of PPE/consumables.
  • Manage incoming communications, emails, and general site support enquiries.
