An opportunity for an experienced and ambitious regional manager to establish and grow a new East Anglia regional office for an established multidisciplinary contractor. This role offers the chance to build a high-performing team, secure new business, and drive the company’s expansion in the region, whilst also taking responsibility for our existing portfolio of work.
- Establish and grow a new regional office to strengthen the existing operational team
- Develop and implement regional growth strategy aligned with the business priorities
- Build on existing, and develop new relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Recruit and develop key operational roles to deliver our projects
