Responsibilities include;

  • Your role will be to manage a team and package of works on a civils scheme.
  • Works include concrete works and demolition.
  • You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.
  • Key requirements;

Essential

  • Experience of working on and managing civil engineering projects
  • Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams.
  • CSCS card relevant to role
  • SMSTS
  • Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project.
  • Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator
  • Crane Appointed Person HSG47 Underground Services Programming and planning experience
  • Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce
  • First Aid
