Site Manager based in Dover.

Responsibilities include;
- Your role will be to manage a team and package of works on a civils scheme.
- Works include concrete works and demolition.
- You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.
- Key requirements;
Essential
- Experience of working on and managing civil engineering projects
- Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams.
- CSCS card relevant to role
- SMSTS
- Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project.
- Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator
- Crane Appointed Person HSG47 Underground Services Programming and planning experience
- Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce
- First Aid
