Job Purpose
To apply and develop your knowledge as a section engineer or site manager, supporting the delivery of projects to a high standard and furthering your management capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Essential
- Experience managing teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members.
- Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control.
- CSCS First Aid.
- Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Commercial awareness and ability to support business development.
- Relevant professional qualifications, SMSTS, TWC.
