The Role: You will manage your own portfolio of properties from listing through to agreed offer, building trusted relationships with clients along the way.
- Managing a full caseload of properties on the market
- Providing weekly, structured updates to vendors
- Negotiating offers professionally and calmly
- Guiding clients through the sales journey with reassurance and clarity
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents and other stakeholders
- Ensuring our CRM system (Street) is updated accurately
- Booking valuations and capturing detailed property information
- Updating viewing feedback promptly
- Delivering warm, professional customer service by phone and in person
- Identifying referral opportunities where appropriate
