They generate all their own leads in house via a wide range of marketing initiatives including collaborations with household names within sport. As part of their growth plans for 2025 they are seeking to appoint a small number of experienced B2C phone based professional salespeople who wish to progress their career into the Life & Protection field. What are they looking for? You do not need to have previous life sales experience however this would be a distinct advantage To be considered you must have a least 2 years phone-based sales experience selling directly to consumers. Ideally you will have worked with leads generated via the web and or third-party collaborations and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided.
