Job Description
Basic to £48,000
OTE £57-60,000 (uncapped)
Our client is an Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm specialising in pensions retirement planning, savings, investments, mortgages, equity release and protection.
As part of the growth of their mortgage and equity release business they are seeking to appoint a suitability qualified Sales & Development manager whose role will be to lead and drive the growth of both their Equity Release and Mortgage teams.
Working remotely the successful candidate will possess a strong analytical approach to the sales process and compliance to ensure each opportunity is maximized within a compliant customer led approach.
They will be able to demonstrate the ability to work remotely with phone-based advisers, providing support through effective mentoring and leadership via extensive call listening and providing effective and constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Extensive remote managerial and leadership experience (Min 2 years)
- Experienced in providing training, support and mentoring within a virtual environment.
- CeMAP & CeRER qualified.
- Whole of market mortgage/ER experience including use in one or more sourcing systems
- Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the protection market with a demonstrable track record of managing advisers.
- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate what good looks like within both sales and the sales process.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- A high degree of confidence and ability to influence people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with experience of working with CRM systems.
- Can do attitude, leading by example, shares knowledge and welcomes feedback, creates opportunities and is passionate about self-improvement.
