Our client is an award-winning provider of some of the most innovative life, critical illness and health products on the market today.
As part of their continued growth plans, they are seeking to appoint an additional broker consultant to work within the East Manchester, West Yorkshire area. .
The successful candidate will work with a panel of existing intermediaries with a remit to maximise the business potential from them, in addition to introducing new brokers to your panel.
A strong group presenter you will feel comfortable dealing with people at all levels and have the ability, drive and tenacity to overcome objections and build relationships through strong technical knowledge, providing exceptional service and adding value to the intermediary’s business.
However, this does not take away from the fact you will need to be proactive in your planning to ensure your panels business is maximised and that networking for new business is at the fore front of what you do on a daily basis.
This is an employed role, based working from home with a mix of client visits, virtual meetings and telephone work.
In addition to your basic salary there is a bonus element to the role with an expectation to earn around £45-50,000 in the first year.
To be considered you must have a background within financial services, either as a broker within the intermediary market or as an advisor who has worked whole of market and is seeking to move into the intermediary support field.
