As part of the growth of their equity release business, our client is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Adviser to their remote team.
What are they looking for?
- You must hold Equity Release qualification, with a demonstrable track record within the ER advice field.
- They will consider candidates that are not CAS.
- You must be comfortable working from home and have experience of phone/virtual advising.
What they offer:
- Prebooked appointments which have been qualified by experienced colleagues.
- Commission rates that reward strong sales quality and compliance and self-generation.
- Realistic and achievable OTE is £65,000.
- In 2025 they had several advisers earning more than £80k and a few over £100k.
