Are you a succesful Life & Protection consultant who is looking for a fresh challange in 2025? If so this may be the opportunity for you. Basic negotiable £27-30,000 depending upon experience Average consultant earnings with bonus in 2024 – £50-60,000 Our client is directly authorised and provide non advice life & protection solutions to clients throughout the UK. They are not just another non advice protection company and as such we are not looking for just any consultants to work for them. What makes them different? They generate all their own leads in house via a wide range of marketing initiatives including collaborations with household names within sport. As an employer they recognise that top performing consultants deserve to be treated differently. What are they looking for? To be considered you must have a least 2 years phone-based life & protection sales experience within leads generated via the web and or third-party collaborations and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided. Successful consultants can qualify for Elite status within the company where you can choose your own hours of work and will only be measured on your results in terms of performance and quality of sale, NOT working hours, dials or talk time. Rewards Starting salary is based on previous performance and can be reviewed twice yearly. Existing top performing consultants are earning more than £60,000 + thanks to an uncapped bonus scheme. The company offer wide range of benefits including the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight (no weekend work) to ensure you maintain a sound work life balance.
