Our client is part of a well-respected IFA practice based in Manchester. They are members of the Equity Release Council and have a 4.9 star rating on Trust Pilot (as of the 30th June 2026). Due to the demand for their services, they are looking to recruit talented, suitably qualified individuals who have both the drive and work ethic to be part of the growth of the business. Please note this is a self-employed role.

What are they looking for?

  • Competent and professional people who understand the later life lending market and can build genuine trust and empathy with the clients within this market.
  • You must hold Equity Release qualification, with a demonstrable track record of advising on Equity Release for a minimum of the last 18 months to 2 years.
  • As they are directly authorised, they will consider candidates that are not CAS.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working from home and have experience of phone/virtual advising and working on a self-employed basis.
