Knight Square Insurance (a part of the Innovus Group) is a highly respected, trusted broker specialising in providing comprehensive insurance cover for property management companies, resident management companies (RMCs) and right to manage companies (RTMCs).
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week office based and 2 days a week working from home. However, you will need to be office based 5 days a week during your induction period for the first few weeks within the role.
- Day to day management of a portfolio of commercial insurance policies.
- Ownership and handling of consumer and commercial property claims in accordance with FCA requirements and authority levels.
- Ensuring stakeholders are regularly engaged and updated with claims information.
- Dealing with client queries via multiple channels – e.g. email, telephone, post – in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide a superior service to all internal and external customers of Knight Square Insurance Brokers Limited.
- Support Knight Square Insurance Brokers Limited strategic and operational goals.
Preferably educated to A ‘Level standard, but as a minimum 5 ‘C’ grade or grade 4 and above GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
Experience of working within the insurance sector is required, either for an insurance company or broker.
Good knowledge of property insurance (commercial and consumer).
Excellent customer service experience.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft applications.
People management experience.
