Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Security Supervisor to oversee the security operation at one of our prestigious locations, namely, Warren Towers in Newmarket. Whilst this role will be primarily based within the control centre, there will be responsibility for supporting both the control function and all static positions across the site. You will play a key role in ensuring all officers are positioned correctly, standards are maintained, and the site operates safely and efficiently at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall supervision and day-to-day oversight of the Knight Protection team
  • Manage scheduling and rostering to ensure full site coverage
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing support to team members
  • Assist with onboarding and the delivery of training
